Man Abs, CJ West, and Free books...Oh My!

Man Abs, CJ West, Free books, $500 Amazon gift card...do I have you curious yet?  Well, keep reading then!

My friend, Author Jillian Dodd, recently met author CJ West. Aside from writing great books, she couldn’t help but notice that he was pretty darn cute. (Check out the picture, I would have to agree with her.) So she politely inquired about the possibility of him appearing on one of her MANday blog posts. (Actually, I beleive her exact words were "Do you have good abs?") After a little help from some of her female author friends, they convinced him (okay, bribed him) into agreeing.

So here’s the deal:
